Returns and Refunds
OUR RETURNS
Returns are available within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns not used items in the original form.
Items purchased through Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as cash vouchers or cash (depending on customer preference). Items purchased via card payments will be refunded back to the original purchase method within 7-10 working days.
We have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect the item has used or broken.
